I want to lose weight for me. So I can feel confident in myself and whatever I wear. I want to be able to shove some shorts and a vest on and feel comfortable in myself. I don't want to feel like I have to breathe in constantly or sit with a pillow in front of my belly.
So far I have managed to lose a lot of weight and i'm really proud of myself :) Since I joined weightwatchers i've done so much better. I think its more the fact I have to get weighed every week and I want to lose that does it rather than the actual diet itself. I eat healthily a lot of fruit and veg, chicken and fish. I also drink a lot of water now where I didn't used to.
